Great service little weir though when you come in you have a bunch of sales me sitting around you don’t know where to go when you walk in. One thing I don’t like thrifty and hertz are the same company when I rent from Thrifty I pay one flat rate for the expass but that’s not the case with Hertz they charge you every time you use it plus the tolls. You shouldn’t Nickel and dime your customers like that it’s bad business you would’ve gotten five starts out of me had you not done that!
You can for a reservation & they have no cars available 🤦♀️
I reserved a SUV and they only gave me a small car and didn't even gave me a discount. Terrible service
