I was having a really shitty day today. I did not expect to receive the level of hospitality that I did today from Hertz. Jennifer in particular went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I went in there stressed to the max not knowing how I'd make it in to work the next day in desperate need for transportation. She treated me like a human and not just a customer. I actually left their parking lot with a smile on my face. I will be a loyal customer of theirs forever. Thank you so much for turning my day around!

2nd time renting with Hertz Kato is great customer service was a 10/10
Charged extra for the rental car. I have returned the car before my drop off time. The lady took my keys and said am all set but when I returned home they have mentioned i have returned the car 5 hours after the drop off time and charged me for an extra day. This is scam being done at this weston street and also they have charged me 52$ for tolls for just one day and i didn’t even enter a toll road
