The Weston st location was great. David has excellent customer service and goes above and beyond to take care of customers. I originally went to the new Britain Ave location and they were completely unorganized and didn’t have a rental ready even with reservations and they won’t answer the phone. I immediately left there and went to Weston and was not even in the building for 5 minutes as David had already got me in a rental as easy as that.
