Great service
Terrible customer service from the big manager Jennifer McAnne. Said to me she doesn’t care about her customer service and told me herself that it is terrible everyday and she’ll “take it with a grain of salt”. Sat in office all day and doesn’t want to help anyone although it’s many customers waiting for over an hour. Probably some of the worst experiences I’ve had is here. It’s very unprofessional you cannot take this location serious at all. The cars are trash. I had to go switch out a vehicle the car that they were initially trying to give me the poorest quality that I’ve ever seen within. Hertz deplorable doesn’t even look like a car to hertz standard while at least to what the standards used to be. Worst experience ever! Management and employee were NOT the initial problem. The quality of the vehicle is and being misinformed on pricing is the issue. The vehicle I was given was disgusting! It was NOT detailed. Dust dirt, sticky residue on the shifter, steering wheel and handles of doors as well as weed buds in the car. The car smelt HORRIBLE.
