I left my feedback but you decided to maliciously have it deleted. Car1 - Strong MMJ smell Car2 - Cockroach infestation Car3 - Extremely sticky everywhere and uncleaned. Staff didn't clean the car being rented to me, a minority. But instead cleaned a wealthy white man's car. I was waiting for more than an hour, and this white man came less than 5 minutes ago. Terrible. I have renters insurance. Someone totaled my car and they gave me a rental until the other persons insurance could give me money to get a new car. Once I got the money i safely returned the rental to hertz. Couple days later they took $1115 out of my bank account and broke contract. Disgusting.

So I went to hertz on Paxton street harrisburg, PA on 4/30/26 I needed to switch out my rental due to it needing an oil change. Both of the representatives were very passive, aggressive. Told me that it’s not that serious, about the oil change, even though it was at nine thousand five hundred, when it stated the next oil change is at ten thousand if you are going over 500 miles to a completely different state, it would be best to have a vehicle that's already been maintenance. after explaining my situation they basically sai... read more

Took my rental back and now magically I am being charged $297.52 extra above of what I've already paid and, why is there an extra day included after I returned it? The kid that took the keys of my rental when I returned it (3 minutes late) told me that I wouldn't be charged for taking it back 12:03pm that Hertz wouldn't charge an extra day for just 3 minutes late. But here we are....Hertz charging me $297.52 extra and I have no idea why!? Because of this, I can't and won't recommend Hertz to anyone!
