The costume service is horrible I have a bad experience every time I go there the people that work there they don’t want to do anything I feel when I go there I am on their way they always say that they can’t help they don’t give the right information I don’t recommend them Please don’t go there is not worth it don’t lose your time and money going there
Absolutely terrible experience. I had a confirmed reservation for 4:00 PM. Google Maps clearly says this location is open until 5:00 PM. I arrived around 3:45 PM, and the office was completely empty—no staff, no sign, no note, nothing. I was never notified of any closure or cancellation.
