I frequently rent from this location, and it is always a pleasant experience. The employees are friendly and courteous, and they work to ensure that my rental will meet my needs. I especially appreciate that I am typically in and out of there in under 10 minutes.

I rented a car from this location. I saw on the apple maps that the location was open until 6pm. I decided to call to make sure and they have a prompt for hours which I selected and it said they close at 5:30. I was on my way to pick up my rental and was going to be there at 5:10 so I called while on my way, around 4:50, to see if I could start giving them the rest of my info and no one answered the phone. When I got there they were closed, locked up and gone, at 5:10. I called the airport location and they couldn't help me ... read more
