The vehicle we reserved was not available when we arrived. The only vehicle they had available was an oversized truck. We were told if evidence of smoking was discovered, we would be fined $500.00. Yet, when I went out to inspect the truck I found bird waste inside the car on the passenger side, and a dirty sock and cigarette butt in the cargo area. The service was good, although there was only one employee when we picked up the rental car. We had to wait a while. The building is not in the best shape and there is no public bathroom after being there close to an hour.

Totally horrible experience. I rented a suv for 2 weeks. Eas given a vehicle that reeked of smoke. Was told there was no other options and not offered a discount or nothing. I was just told that they had tried for several days to get rid of the smell. If there is a 400.00 charge for smoking in a vehicle there should at least beva discount. Customer service was horrible.

This rental company is ridiculous...I rented a car at the Chesapeake address..got there and they stated there was no cars available..so I didn't have no choice but to cancel. I had AAA travel to rent me a car at the Hampton address..lawd I called to let them know I was omw..nope NO CARS. Now this was at 1500 ..why around 1730 I get a text that the car is ready...who does that..I had to use for it at thst time..so I attempted to call..THEY WAS CLOSED.
