Horrible customer service my mother dropped her vehicle off today the date she was told to drop it off and then they tried to charge her a extra 3 days. For no reason. The manger of that location is the one who told her to bring it back on today, but they tried to say the 12th. The manger tried to HIDE in the back until my mother called him out on his BS. I give this place 5 STARS. Teresa was VERY helpful in making sure I was able to get into a rental. She able to figure out a solution to my problem promptly and I was able to get in and get out. I recommend this store to rent cars. The cars are always CLEAN
