The girl at the counter was very nice. The car was dirty.. on empty and I needed air in the tires.
There is no way this place has 3 stars. Every time I interact with them they are personable and provide complete informations. They saving me today .
I had a fantastic experience with this location. The staff were so nice, the car we got was perfect and I feel we got a really good value. 10/10 would definitely rent from here again!
Had a reservation with Enterprise because it was closer to location. They called and told me the day of that they were out of vehicles. Made a reservation with Hertz and was able to pick it up within a couple of hours. This location provides excellent customer service and willing to listen and try to help each renter. I saw where a guy was having issues with his credit card and the manager said I’ll help you and he proceeded to get everything completed.
