This rental company is ridiculous...I rented a car at the Chesapeake address..got there and they stated there was no cars available..so I didn't have no choice but to cancel. I had AAA travel to rent me a car at the Hampton address..lawd I called to let them know I was omw..nope NO CARS. Now this was at 1500 ..why around 1730 I get a text that the car is ready...who does that..I had to use for it at thst time..so I attempted to call..THEY WAS CLOSED. Unlawfully towed a vehicle that was already paid for at 2am when we were asleep. Insurance paid for the vehicle for 7 days and on the 6th day of 7 before renewing the rental due to the vehicle not being out of the shop yet, hertz paid for a repossession of their rental vehicle. We now are out of our money, our car is still in the shop and one of the drivers lost their job due to this. absolute disgrace of a company. why is this place never open anymore? A couple of months ago we needed a car and came at the reservation time and it was closed. I complained to corporate and they gave us a voucher for $50 of next one. Fine, well we need one today and they are not open. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? and no not going to the airport
They stole $700 dollars from me!!!! And took it from my account without my permission or authorization. I told them the defendants insurance is paying for the rental, and to call them to get their money. The manager was snippy and rude and still charged my card. My account was in the negative for weeks!!!!
