This place no longer exists
Well, it closed down. I travelled in and return cars locally. It would have been nice to know this before trying to return a car there. I called the 1-800 number afterwards and was given a lot of undesirable options. I chose to drive to the Covington, La location and made my return without incident. Generally speaking I would have gone with a different option had I known this from the start. Kinda soured me on Hertz going forward.
Great service before and after!! The vehicle and price was perfect!! Will be back!!
I'm giving Hertz a 3 star only because I have rented cars all over the world. I'm dropping off my rental in Hammond LA on a Saturday as the contract states. On the door, it says 9 to noon. This place is closed. Not only that, there is not a drop box. (what type of hillbilly is that?) These people want me to drop this car off in Baton Rouge or New Orleans. No!
