Tried to my folks a rental i was going to put on my card and it was going to be ina different person name so they could go visit famliy they said it all has to be in the same name and thee person has to have a driver's license i don't have so we was unable to get a rental now they're trying to change me 50 bucks for a rental wwe was unable to get
This place is the worst. The employee working was rude, not helpful, not informative. We had a reservation set, arrive, only to find they wouldn’t accept payment and deposit on a debit card for a reservation made the same day. Nowhere was this stated on any of the reservation booking. When we attempted to ask questions about the policy and stated we do not utilize credit cards, the employee was short with us and kept referring us to a policy on display at the counter.
