Great service although a wider selection of vehicles would have been nice. Pick up and drop off went very smoothly.
My mom rented a car that was returned in perfect condition—clean and barely used. Now, however, letters are arriving at our home claiming she was involved in an accident. No one at this car rental company is taking responsibility; they tell us to call a specific number, and when we do, they just tell us to go back to the location where the car was returned. It is a terrible company.
The staff at the Colonial location in Hagerstown is the Absolute Best. They are patient, pleasant and supportive every time I need assistance. They deserve to be recognized for the great job they do!!! Thank you all again for always being there to help..
Never rent a car from this crooked company. I rent a Dollar car in Birmingham AL from 2/24 returned 2/27.The Dollar counter is closed. I am directed to Hertz. I waited for over an hour to get a car. My estimated receipt for the rental at pickup is 288.88, returned full of gas, etc. On my credit card statement Hertz charges me $288.88 and Dollar charges me $220.02. for the same rental.
