Friendly, competent service and quick turnaround.
Just wow...I made a prepaid reservation, expecting that a vehicle would be available when I arrived. Instead, I was told there were no cars available. I understand that inventory shortages can happen, but what happened next was completely unacceptable. The branch manager showed no sense of urgency, empathy, or customer service. I was simply told they had no cars, she didn't know when a car would be available, and I could call later. Great service although a wider selection of vehicles would have been nice. Pick up and drop off went very smoothly.
My mom rented a car that was returned in perfect condition—clean and barely used. Now, however, letters are arriving at our home claiming she was involved in an accident. No one at this car rental company is taking responsibility; they tell us to call a specific number, and when we do, they just tell us to go back to the location where the car was returned. It is a terrible company.
The staff at the Colonial location in Hagerstown is the Absolute Best. They are patient, pleasant and supportive every time I need assistance. They deserve to be recognized for the great job they do!!! Thank you all again for always being there to help..
