I simply want to thank Hertz for giving excellent service. I've hired cars from other companies previously, but I've never had better service or rented a vehicle that exceeded their expectations.

I was moving out of state and rented a van through this Hertz location. A lot of curve balls were being thrown at me during this process due to multiple factors as I was trying to make it all happen within a certain time frame. One of the few aspects of relief I got along this process was the assistance I got from Golda and Juan who made renting the car as quick as possible. Very disappointing service. Will definitely look elsewhere next time. Brian (possibly the mgr) should definitely be in another line of work since he doesn't seem to care to interact with people! Did NOTHING to assist. Doesn't bother to tell u to be sure to bring the same card with you that you prepaid with. When you come without it, the problem can be rectified, but it means calling customer service somewhere and switching to a card you have with you. Had the absolute worst service possible from a manager nonetheless at the Hertz Plymouth Rd location in Livonia, MI. After being in a car accident caused by someone else and getting a rental through my insurance company through their suggestion of Hertz in my area, my car was finished at 3:30pm on a Friday (knowing that I would be out of town, this was mentioned prior to drop off) the car mechanic shop and Hertz decided to give me false information saying that I would not have to pay the additional days for my rental due to ... read more

This has been probably the worst customer service I have ever received from a car rental company. When I call, they spoke to me in such a belittling way and it made me never want to use this company again. I will be going to Enterprise from now on. The Hertz on Wilkinson Blvd was horrible! I hope Corporate sees this and raises hell with the workers there. I have used Albany Body Works several times over the years and have always been completely satisfied with the work the did on my car and truck. The customer service was second to none. Buster and his son are good people.

The worst rental place I have ever been too. They didn't have my car ready, I was promised a full size and they didn't have it. Staff didn't care I'd customers were happy or not.

Will never rent a car from there again. The car I was given was dirty and when I returned I was charged a full tank when I gave it back a gallon less than what I got it
