I use rental cars frequetly for work and this was my worst rental car experience. The first car I was given smelled of cigarette smoke. It was giving me a headache so I had to turn around and go back to replace it. The person at the desk seemed annoyed with me but got me a new car. The second car had problems with the AC. I realized I had left my sunglasses in the rental car and called the company the next morning. Elena was incredibly helpful—she quickly located them and provided clear instructions on how to have them returned.

Be aware - bunch of crooks operating this location! My rental was inspected upon return and I was provided a receipt. 2 days later, my credit card was charged an additional $250 for smoking in the car - I HAVE NEVER SMOKED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. Stay away from this location if you can, they clearly have a side gig where they place additional illegal charges on your credit card.

car they gave had a slow leak in the passenger rear tire that had to be fllled every morning and again at night. said that there was a $200 hold for security, ended up being $240 charged on my card on top of the rental fee.

This company advertises cars for $29 a day, but after fees, the cheapest option costs around $70–$80 per day. They do not pick up their phones at this location either
