This "franchised" picks and chooses which credit cards they want to accept. Had to cancel and uber because they wouldnt accept my company credit card even though they have before, and hertz.com accepted the card in the reservation. Do not rent here. The counter staff just laughed because I was stranded with no ride. I rented through enterprise whom.was happy to use my company card.
This is not a corporate Hertz. They are a private owned. They refused to assist me with swapping out my vehicle due to a nail in my tire. And I have the Loss Damage Waiver. They said I need to create a new contract. Once I went through the process to creating a new contract, they said they are sold out.

Basically had a brand new Durango, obviously drove great, car was clean. Used it to visit friends around the area
Twice so far I rent from there and I get asked for more money than what Hertz app quoted me for the whole period of rental including fees and taxes, this is false advertisment and unacceptable.
