ABSOLUTELY garbage.. we booked a car rental 2 days ago and go to pick up the car today instead of sending a email or simply calling the number, the man immediately tells us that they don’t have inventory and are using the vehicles for uber. I am writing to dispute two charges on my recent weekend rental. First, I returned the car on Saturday night via the key drop box, but was unfairly billed for two days because returns aren't logged immediately. This hidden policy is highly misleading. Second, the toll pass I purchased failed to work with the E-ZPass in Chicago, yet customer service denied my refund request. It is unacceptable to charge for defective services.
