I reserved an intermedia car. My reservation was for 10:00 am. When I arrived to the premise at 9:45 am I was told the car I reserved was not available, instead the only car they had was a dodge Fursngo. A car that I don’t usually drive because is not my preference. No only I had to accept the Dodge but I was also charged for upgrading when that was not my option, I accepted because I use Ubber to get to the Hertz’s location with a worked schedule and a car reservation throughout my company. The car was ready and clean. The manager saved my checkbook I left behind on accident. Honest manager and staff I have to Thank for that. Highly recommend Greenwood IN Hertz

I reserved an SUV in advance and arrived to be told they had no SUVs available. My only options were a Kia Soul or a Mazda 3 neither of which is remotely close to what I booked. I asked if the employee could call nearby Hertz locations to find an SUV and was told “no one has them” without even checking. I also asked about the larger vehicles sitting in the lot and was told those were for a different “fleet” and unavailable to me. Do not book here! Pre paid for my reservation, show up and no cars. Then the guy proceeds to tell me I gotta call the 1800 number and find out it takes 48 hours to get money back. Save yourself the headache. This is not the way of doing business

I would like to give a huge shout out to Andrew at the Greenwood, IN rental location. He demonstrated knowledge and remained calm in regards to a customer having difficulty understanding the payment conditions. He also, maintained communication with us that the mini van we needed may not be available. He worked on obtaining a different mini van for our special delivery. He is a very good representative for the Hertz company and should be recognized. Everyone at the Greenwood location seemed very friendly with one another.
