A great experience working with this location on our rental needs for our vacation. Strongly recommend them
Absolutely the worst place to rent a vehicle. They took a 50.00 deposit with my credit card. I returned the vehicle on the said return date before 12:00 am, via the return box. They told my husband that if we returned the vehicle before midnight on the return date, we would be ok. No fees added. They clearly lied; they charged my credit card for another day! Charged me $300 for fuel but I filled the tank up minutes before it was returned. Then Andrew put me on hold just to hang up on me. I paid for $40 in gas at 750a and returned the car just after 8a and they’re claiming I went through a half a tank of gas from 64 and main in greenwood to smith valley and 135 just blocks away. The pump even CUT OFF and I OVER filled just to squeeze the last bit in. Completely unprofessional not to mention crooks.
Was not impressed with staff on duty, but we'll give them another chance.
