Highly inconvenient when you attempt to rent a car to travel but no one shows up to work for this company, even at 9:00am. Golden triangle airport should evaluate the rental car agencies that are used locally. All of them are similar, no workers present yet they are scheduled as “open”. Maybe listen to the customer and have someone at the front desk to rent a car, especially when a customer has booked a vehicle with your company.

Hours state open from 8-9:30pm. Had an 8pm reservation, waited 30 minutes and they never opened up or answered phone. Hertz corporate did cancel my reservation with no fee, but now have to scramble to find alternative options.

I had been calling Hertz since Monday, December 29 to inquire about my insurance rental and what all would I need to bring when a car would be available. I left a message to be called back and a call back was never received. Called on Tuesday, but I did not leave a message since I was still waiting on a callback from the message I lefted on Monday. I fly here every October from Maine and pick up a car for three weeks that I rent on a third-party site. I’ve always liked picking up cars here because they never hassle me or try to force me into buying insurance that I don’t need since I’m fully covered on my credit card and my personal auto insurance policy for all rental car damage.
