Terrible experience. Was double charged. I booked through corporate program with points as I travel a lot for work and use hertz regularly. No problem the website / app took the points and prepaid no problem and I had the booking / rental. I get to the airport and the associate gave me a story on how their location is a franchise and they don’t take “coupons”. I said I didn’t use any coupons and not to worry it’s through a corporate agreement for leisure and I had already booked and paid online via points and personal credit... read more
Doesn't open on time
Suzanne did an amazing job at getting me in a car, even without reservation, after the GTR Enterprise/National location left me stranded even though I had a reservation and have held status with National for several years. From this point on, I’ll take my businesses to Hertz whenever I visit Columbus.
Great experience at this Hertz. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the car was ready and waiting for me. It was clean and new. Great experience!
