Smooth and easy!!!! The lady at front desk is delightful! She needs some assistance up there though. She handles several customers alone at the same time all day it appears. Somehow, she just handles it all so well with a bubbly multitasking attitude! Right on lady!
I don’t usually write reviews but I will never rent from hertz again after this experience. I went to pick up my rental that was scheduled at 3pm I arrive at 2:40pm I was the only customer and I was completely ignored the employee didn’t look at me at all for about 2 minutes then asked my name. She told me it’s going to be a while because my rental time was at 3pm. Everyone at this shop, especially Yvette, was very helpful despite how busy they get with limited staff they seemed to manage and helped everyone as best and fast as they could. I rented a large SUV for the 1st day then ended up needing a car for 3 more days but I didnt want to keep the Tahoe and thankfully they were able to find me a smaller car (crossover) that was available last minute at much lower cost. On 04/04/26, it was extremely busy at this location and only had two staff to manage the desks. The location’s car wash was not working. Therefore, the staff had to take the vehicle to another location to clean them before releasing the rentals to the customers. All of this was through no fault of the employees. The on duty manager was very emphatic, attentive and ensured all the waiting customers’ needs were met.
