I want to give a shout out to the lady who was working late on Thursday 1016/25. She was all by herself and there were so many customers at 4PM. I was in a rush and she let me drop my key in the Dropbox. She was so kind and helpful. She called me after closing to give me a status update once checked in. She even waived some fees. Sorry I didn’t get her name. So nice
