Very helpful staff
Cancelled my booking almost immediately, didn’t bother telling me. No email, they said they called but I had no calls. Booking system in fundementally flawed as they said they were overbooked by 30 cars. Why let people book if there is no availability. Rent a car elsewhere.
I rent from Hertz on a regular basis and I always have had a pleasant experience with all of the staff. Each time that I have went to this location upon arrival I was greeted and they let me know that someone would assist me momentarily. The customer service is top tier and all of the employees are very helpful. They do everything they can to get you in and out expeditiously. Should have listened to the reviews. No customer service skill, they were saying peoples full names and card information while I was sitting in there. Everyone is always on a phone call, I’ve never experienced this with any rental company. Car was not clean. Can’t call them because they don’t answer call gets disconnected and/or they put you on hold for over 15 Minutes.
