Worst service worst cars worst everything
I've rented from Hertz in the past for both business and personal use as I do travel for work. I will say that I've never had a negative experience with Hertz until I rented from this location. The front desk lady was rude, unprofessional, and very unempathetic, which should be a huge concern for upper management as this is a common complaint I see now from reading the other reviews. Got me the vehicle I needed as an insurance loaner. Very helpful in getting extension on rental when repairs on my truck took longer than expected. 100%
Nightmare to get a rental from here. The lady at the front desk was the rudest ever. Never going to get another rental from hertz again.
