Yvette was great. This location really made me feel like a valued Hertz customer. This location was 5-star.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Never renting here again, the customer service was abismal. The employees are poorly informed, don’t give out the correct information and give conflicting information. Lady who works there worst person I’ve ever met, you all should be shut down. Extremely disappointed in this location.
