I made a reservation online to pickup on Saturday at 1200. I got there at noon and as I was walking up to the door they locked it on me and said they were closed. I showed the employee my reservation which showed a pickup time at 1200. She just said sorry we can't help you. She then said I cancel my reservation and loose my $500+ and rebook another rental at the airport, because they don’t transfer reservations. Worst experience ever. Came in on Saturday for confirmed pickup appointment. Khylie? Told us no luck no cars try goodyear, if they dont have anything come back Monday morning its first come first serve Well goodyear had nothing. This is my second time renting there with up to 1 week in advance and they call me on the same day as picking up the car, telling me that they do not have vehicles.😅😅🤣🤣

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this rental location. An employee called me and accidentally left a voicemail without realizing the call was still recording. In the voicemail, I heard staff speaking negatively about me and saying, “She does not answer the phone on purpose.” They also said, “Oh well, she’ll find out she won’t have a car to rent when she gets here.” Hearing employees speak about a customer this way was incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, and upsetting.
