The jury is still out lol
Do not expect to get your rental on time. I arrived 10 minutes early. It has been over an hour. My rental is still not available.
I am disappointed with the customer service experience at Hertz. Repeated attempts to contact the location by phone have gone unanswered, making it difficult to receive assistance or obtain important information. Reliable communication is a basic expectation of customer service, and this lack of responsiveness is both frustrating and unprofessional. I hope Hertz takes steps to improve phone accessibility and provide customers with the timely assistance they deserve.
Just wish they work faster
