There was no one at the store when we arrived at 9:15am on 8/29/25. Just a note saying to call a cell phone number and that they would be back in 15 min so we called and waited. Everything went smoothly once they arrived, but it seemed like they locked up and left again once we drove off. I would think management would want to make sure someone is at the store during open hours.
The employee there (male) EXTREMELY RUDE BUG HUSKY GUY TAPPING HIS FINGERS BECAUSE I WAS NIT FAST ENOUGH FOR HIM SAID HE NEEDS TO LEAVE ON TIME EVEN THOUGH MY RESERVATION WAS AT 5 .
If you plan to rent a van to travel to Mexico (Tijuana) I don't recommend Hertz at all. Terrible experience.
