Check-in was very quick. The free upgraded can was fantastic. The drop off was also very quick.
THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CHILD SAFETY. We rented a vehicle with one booster seat and one car seat for our two young children. Mind you, this is something they charge an astronomical amount to rent car seats (approx $85 each). When we arrived around midnight, they had two flimsy filthy booster seats. It is not only unsafe for our young toddler, it is illegal for him to use this seat. Worst company ever in customer service
We rented an 8 passenger van to go to Dothan, Alabama. We did travel on toll rds. The total cost for the tolls were$10.72. Hertz charges a convenience fee of $23.92. Now I think this is a pretty steep price to pay that everyone else gets charged the $10.72 by their plates. Boy i want to convenience them!
