If you are a president club member, book with any other rental agency or a different a location. This location does not have presidents circle or even a gold board so you end up waiting in line for over an hour to speak to someone at the counter. Once you get there, good luck getting special treatment that you are accustomed to. They are rude and will tell you to either take the car they are giving you or to go somewhere else. Easily the worst Hertz experience I have ever had in the 20+ locations I have rented from.
Horrible experience and not at all what I would expect from Hertz especially given I am a Gold member and have rented for years from multiple locations. No cars available, rude customer service, car dirty when it did show up. Waited close to 2 hours. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, was told to call Hertz customer service line. When I called Hertz customer service line, was told to talk to a supervisor.
A person thinks that their rates are very good, however they tact on extra charges that I was not aware of. Will never rent again from Hertz.
