Excellent service. I appreciated the ease picking, returning and even extending my rental
Miserable experience. Arrived Grand Rapids only to be told they did not have my car. No upgrade offered, no compensation offered.
Very good that’s why I deal with y’all
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They charged us an extra 400 dollars. Because of dents that were there when we picked it up. I showed them my video proving the dents were there and they said too bad you should have paid extra for the rental insurance. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! I called customer service and they said they would not help me. DO NOT RENT HERE
Miserable experience. Arrived Grand Rapids only to be told they did not have my car. No upgrade offered, only downgrade WITH NO COMPENSATION.
