I had a great experience, when I was standing in line I watched a very rude customer throw a key down in front of one of the employees and start yelling about his car being dirty. The employee and manager handled the situation very professionally, and offered the customer a different vehicle. I was impressed by the managers ability to de escalate the situation and remain professional throughout the transaction. It’s not easy to stay calm and collected when someone is that disrespectful, she deserves a raise! Thank you!
I don't travel that often,let alone have to do a rental. I feel bad for all the bad reviews. Hertz won't be getting one from me!!! Came to G.R to be in my only daughter's wedding so that alone is priceless, put in for a single cab Ford f150 (can't stand driving cars) get there,short wait get a key and directions to see what awaits...well like the wedding wasn't enough joy there sets a RAM 1500 Long Horn!!! Great car rental experience!
While the staff is nice and do their best, it has been my continued experience multiple times of no cars available despite reservations, and hours long wait times, waiting for a vehicle to become available. I’m not convinced this location is designed to withstand airport volume of travelers and rentals.
The worst. Despite having a reservation - no cars. What’s the point in a reservation.
