My first time renting a car could have been stressful, but Johanna at Hertz made it such a smooth and easy experience. She was kind, welcoming, and very professional. She took the time to help me through everything and made me feel comfortable. Truly appreciate her excellent service! ❤️
Pickup was an absolute MESS. Made a reservation via Expedia to pickup at this location on a Sunday. Had no idea the location was closed on Sundays…. WHY would Hertz allow reservations to be made on a day/time when the pickup location is closed??? This makes zero sense, causes stress and frustration for the customer, and is simply BAD BUSINESS. Had to scramble to find a location that was open which meant a changed reservation and different pricing. Will never use Hertz for car rentals again.
Hertz is my go to Rental Car Company. Love Love Love the Hertz staff and Hertz cars, they never disappoint. 10 Stars

I’ve been coming to this Hertz location for years, and customer service has been hit or miss. That said, my most recent experience was absolutely worth the wait. Lynda went above and beyond—she made sure I received all the perks and that my Gold Rewards were properly applied. She was patient, polite, and genuinely funny.
