I’ve been coming to this Hertz location for years, and customer service has been hit or miss. That said, my most recent experience was absolutely worth the wait. Lynda went above and beyond—she made sure I received all the perks and that my Gold Rewards were properly applied. She was patient, polite, and genuinely funny. Thank you, Lynda, for turning a long wait into a great experience!
I had a very frustrating experience trying to obtain a rental vehicle for an insurance claim. The first car I was given smelled strongly of marijuana, which I refused out of concern for my family. The second vehicle was presented as acceptable, but once inside I found the seats covered in hair (appearing to be pet hair), filthy door panels, and dirty cup holders with visible grime.
