For those who are going for Lyft rentals. They don’t open until 9 am . To rent thru hertz regular they open at 8 am .
Hertz app is the way to go. Very friendly professional staff and l will always use this location when visiting California.
The staff is unprofessional and disrespectful, I do not recommend them to anyone.
The customer service from ALL the entire office was AMAZING. First, when I got to the office, I literally watched the customer service rep help a couple with a truck that was so seamless, it was like a commercial!! Then I needed to meet my hubby at the other location in Gardena and they gave me a ride!! Again, they were AMAZING!!! Thank you so much
Customer service, 2 people were nice and 1 was very rude and hung up on me, she was giving me attitude instead of explaining the process to a customer. Extra fees are really EXTRA FEES. I would say 2 stars but the other 2 people I talked to were patient and explained the process, this was my first time renting a car.
