What was very satisfied great hospitality and yes, I would refer a friend
Where do we begin as we got a car that left us stranded and to get a different car we needed to come back here after being towed to an airport- customer service we have the clerk eating sunflower seeds while the one who gave us the keys initially said here you go and left. I saw other hertz had great reviews but just be weary you will not get good customer service
7 people to wait for receipt. Smoke and throw- up smell in car. Didn't have the compact. They told me even though I had a reservation at the dollar rental that I needed to call in first to see if they had it. Employee pushed my buttons after I was already upset...big mess lots of stress and messed up my life that whole 3 days. Cost more than half of my original cost at Dollar which someone told me was also Hertz......
Air conditioner did not work. We drove in 110 degree weather and Hertz refused to issue a refund.
