This place is not open, so do not book pickup or drop from this location. We learned it the hard way after selecting this location for pickup and ended up delaying our trip since no one is available at this place. Hertz should not allow to select this location in their app but it still exists and is close to nearby hotels so lot of people select this location for pickup. Hertz located at 3801 collins ave is the correct location.

Nobody here Update: after talking to the front desk I was referred the hertz window which has nothing but a phone number with extensions that dont work, I went back to the front desk and was referred to concierge for the hotel which referred me to walk to the hertz office about a 15 min walk. Why would hertz allow me to reserve a car at a hotel that has no cars? What a joke, will not be using hertz again.

Francisco was stellar. I arrived Labor Day, and unfortunately, he did not have my car ready nor many other others. Francisco did everything he could do to make stuff happen. All we could ask for. Car was clean and good to go

Une blague ! Le guichet du Fontainebleau n'est jamais ouvert. Il faut à vos frais prendre un taxi pour aller à une autre agence et attendre des heures pour être servi. C'est une arnaque de prétendre que Hertz est présent dans l'hôtel !
