Francisco was stellar. I arrived Labor Day, and unfortunately, he did not have my car ready nor many other others. Francisco did everything he could do to make stuff happen. All we could ask for. Car was clean and good to go

Une blague ! Le guichet du Fontainebleau n'est jamais ouvert. Il faut à vos frais prendre un taxi pour aller à une autre agence et attendre des heures pour être servi. C'est une arnaque de prétendre que Hertz est présent dans l'hôtel !

This location is now closed - I booked a car here in advance, and there was no agent when I went to pick up at the desk. I asked the concierge and was advised that this location closed two months ago and you now have to go to another Hertz location (10 min walk).

AVOID HERTZ FOUNTAINBLEAU AT ALL COSTS! I recently had the misfortune of renting a car from Hertz Fountainbleau , and I am still fuming about the experience. When I arrived at the counter, I was told that the car they had available was a brand new vehicle, fresh off the lot. What I got was a clunker with 36,000 miles on it! Are you kidding me?
