Hertz informed me that I damaged the car rug floor which I did not. I am a responsible professional retiree. I rent car for the last 40 years.

Worst car rental. They dont have cars and instead of giving a good replacement they charge you for the upgrade. They only had EVs when I booked a economy gas car. Which I dont have time to find and wait to charge on my long trip. Had to pay $40 on top of what I had paid for a Nissan Sentra at the moment, which just came in last moment. Will not be going back here.
