I returned a vehicle here yesterday. The service provided by the young lady in the front desk was fantastic. She was everything you can expect from a business representative. She was welcoming, listened, asked good questions, answered my questions, provided fast service and SMILED. If I were an auditor/mystery shopper, she would get an A+ !!!!!!

I rented a car from this Hertz location and it smelled strongly of cigarettes from the moment I picked it up. I let the woman at the counter know immediately, and she said she would call me as soon as another sedan became available so I could swap it out. That call never came—not during the entire 10 days I had the car. I tried to call the location myself on the first day but couldn’t reach anyone. I personally like this Hertz location….they always have a manager special which is usually a nice electric car like a Kia which is pretty nice….but still only $31 a day….and I just prepay for the charge which is nothing and worth it to bring it back without needing to charge it…. It’s a smaller location I think….so they definitely don’t have a million cars to rent….but I’ve never had an issue, even If I have to charge a little with a super charger, it took 20 minutes and I had almost 35 percent more charge.
