Generally a good experience with the rental. I do enjoy the benefits of being a gold club member and having access to the "Managers special" One thing I would like to recommend your company do. If for some reason a Hertz employee can't pick up or drop someone off that you offer to pay $20-$25 towards a ride share (Lyft, Uber, etc) I know some car dealerships do this and the customers are generally happy about it.
As a Hertz Gold member, I would definitely recommend Hertz to others. I would also specifically recommend the Folsom rental location on Riley Street. Their team of professionals are always friendly, attentive and provide excellent customer service. Christine, Cheyenne, and Jay are the best! I’ll be back soon! Terry
The manager was really nice and very helpful and provided us a very nice & clean car to rent on our way down to LA.
Worked hard to get me a vehicle that met my specific needs.
Hertz informed me that I damaged the car rug floor which I did not. I am a responsible professional retiree. I rent car for the last 40 years.
