Have been renting from Hertz for last 30+ years. Great experience. They are my ‘go to’ place for rental cars.

Had a great experience here. The cars are clean and very smooth pickup and drop-off.

I will start by saying that Anna at the Folsom CA location deserves all 5 stars! I had made an online reservation through the Hertz app and wasn’t able to modify my time to pick up, so I called Hertz Gold customer service line and spoke to someone (possibly name Bob or Bal?) after holding for 12 minutes, who told me that I couldn’t modify the time and if I cancelled it then do a day of reservation for the earlier time, I was informed that I would be charged a 100.00 cancellation fee on top of a higher rate?!
