They recently changed their hours, so they close at 5pm now and are not open on the weekends. Nor is there any way to drop off a car after-hours, unlike many rental companies. The closest Hertz locations are downtown Sacramento and Roseville, which makes things very inconvenient. Waited on hold on the phone for 20 minutes.
Easy, fast and car rental was a smooth, overall great experience!
Don't ever go here. Their company ethics and the way they do things isn't rite. Their payment method is seriously flawed
My mom came to pick up a car and found out that it was half filled. She had to pay to fill up the tank herself. If this is the type of service that Hertz Folsom offers, I can only imagine the absolute parasitic examples of humans running this rental service. The amount of 1 star reviews only proves me right. If you can't do a simple job like filling up a fuel tank correctly, the only job suited for you is scrubbing toilets at McDonald's.
Awful business operations on the company’s part, but the employees here do their best. Hertz’s website allows you to book and pay for a car REGARDLESS of whether there is one available on that day, and then the employees have to clean up that mess by calling you after you pay to tell you there isn’t one available. You would think a rental car company could keep track of their inventory and not charge you for services they can’t provide, but Hertz only cares about taking your money, and after that they wouldn’t give you a car... read more
