I went to pick up a rental today the gentleman that picked me up from the repair shop across the street was nice. The the young lady Sam who I had the encounter with, well she was nice. But when I got the car it had hail damage on the hood along the sides and the trunk, it also had a pretty nice size dent on the driver side and all kinds of scrapes and scratches on all sides.
