Double charged me and never refunded me.
I’ve rented multiple cars from different agencies and locations, but this specific location is by far the best! I want to thank Andrew and Sydney for their fantastic work. Check‑in is quick, the car is always ready and spotless, and every question is answered. If you have any issues, they’ve got you covered. I will definitely rent from here again!
i want to be clear about this review: the people that actually WORK at this location (Sydney and Andrew, currently) are really great. It's Hertz itself that is the nightmare, not the people on the ground running the place. They are awesome; they make dealing with this soulless shell of a company tolerable.
No cars were available during my pick up time (reservation was made weeks in advance) so we had to wait for 2 hours for them to bring another car and were late for our hotel reservation. We were promised a credit upon returning the vehicle which ended up being only $30 for a future rental, and couldn't be applied to the current rental. And I waited 45 minutes at drop off to receive this credit which was not worth it as I will never rent with Hertz again.
