The vehicles here aren't well maintained, I had a blow out on the road. The tires were over inflated, so I had to drive the vehicle 200 miles on the spare tire. Went to exchange the vehicle at the airport hertz was met with a bad attitude customer service member. Who then put me in a vehicle with over 28000 miles on it and sensor going off while I was using the vehicle. The vehicle had writing on the back window where it was serviced for having a problem before they gave it to me.

I was denied a rental because I had a cat in a carrier and they said no pets allowed. Hertz website however says they do accept pets in carriers. I will be making a formal complaint. Reply to your response: I understand you using a boiler template for your reply. However, you offered no remedy or acknowledgement of why your franchise is not honoring Hertz corporate policy. I had an excellent experience with this car rental company! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to the manager, Sidnei, who was extremely professional and helpful throughout. She went above and beyond to assist me with extending my rental and patiently answered all my questions, making sure everything was clear and easy.
