Location is kind of back in a corner, so had to go around a time or two to find it (hint: go through the gas station's parking lot and its right there). The Technician was pleasant and attentive to our needs, took thorough photos of before (and I presume after) the rental and sent us on our merry way. Great job! My only complaint is that the owner's manual was not available when certain issues crept up during our drive, like how to set cruise control, and when the dash lights and map went dark and then transferred to the win... read more

I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I made a reservation online for a specific vehicle and received confirmation without any indication there would be inventory issues. When I arrived at the Elk Grove location to pick up my rental, I was told there were no vehicles available, not just at this location but throughout the Sacramento area. Terrible customer service from the manager, Courtney. I had a confirmed reservation for a 7-seater, but when I arrived for pickup, they didn’t even have the vehicle available. Courtney falsely claimed she had left me a message beforehand, which was complete lie. If the vehicle wasn’t available, they should have canceled the reservation or at least informed me before I wasted my time and money getting there. I even showed them that 7-seaters were available at SMF, but they refused to help with an exchange or even offer a ride... read more
