I had an amazing experience thanks to Jackie at Hertz! My original reservation had been unexpectedly canceled, and I was feeling really stressed. Jackie immediately put me on a waiting list and, to my surprise, called me back within an hour with two car options — one electric and one gas. All my years renting from Hertz as a gold member, I am used to picking up and returning the vehicle with very little effort and treated professionally, which is usually at the airport. This time I picked up the car at the airport and it took 15 minutes at the exit to fix an issue with the vehicle. Apparently, it was not ready in the system to release it to me. This rental place can go ahead and kick rocks. So poorly managed. The website leads you to believe that you can reserve a specific car or even SIZE of car, and their availability is not reflected on the website. You get to the desk, with a rsvp of a small sedan, and they say they don't have any. Instead, they offer an over-sized truck (Dodge Ram 2500) or an electric car. THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE.
