Place is great all around with customer services and selections of available cars to rent. Jackie is fantastic and very attractive
Returned a car after one day of use, The same evening I received an email notified me. There was damage to the rear driver side door.. The following morning, I went back to the location, It was a smudge/Dirt That I wiped off, And now Hertz Is still trying to charge me for the supposed damage. Even when I went back the next day, the lady at the counter was surprised that the AI camera identified the smudge As damage, And right now Hertz Will not even call the location where the car was rented to confirm with their own employe... read more
