This is not a Hertz rental car location. My rating has nothing to do with the service, simply the fact that I came to this location only to find out that they hadn't been a Hertz location for some time.
I wouldn’t use hertz rentals if I was given one for free! I made a reservation to rent a suv from Easley SC in January for June. I received a confirmation email 2 days before for reminder of pickup with the location in Easley. Went to pick it up the day before we leave for vacation and the store was closed. I called the number and was transferred to a Greenville store. They informed me that the Easley store was closed due to the Covid 19 (that I understand) they told me I should have got a email about it. Which I didn’t. I t... read more
