The heavy set gentleman with glasses is incredibly rude and unprofessional! Car was dirty and had chalk all over the windshield and windows! Ironically when I bring it back this employee is now charging a cleaning fee! Beware of these scammers!
When another place flaked on me twice Jermaine saved the day. Thank you for your understanding. I would’ve been stranded with no vehicle for almost two weeks without you. As a mom that is impossible. I appreciate you so much.

Eugene and the Hertz Team in Duluth GA are top notch. They are helpful, courteous, and kind (like Boy Scouts) and respectful to everyone that comes into their location. I have witnessed them being extraordinary in their effort to satisfy a customer, and not just me. Highly recommend the Duluth GA Hertz Team and Hertz.
