Duluth Hertz I arrived at 745am, waiting for office to open at 8am for a scheduled rental pickup. No one at the office and no one to answer a phone call. Update, someone arrived at 815, second person at 830am. I received a dirty car, which smelled like body odor and had something sticky on the glove box area. I had to take the car and clean it myself. The employee said, "Let me see what was turned it."
Horrible customers service. Cars form 2022 dirty inside and outside. Malfunctioning sensors. CLOSE THIS PLACE. ITS HORRIBLE. And stop replying with "we are sorry please contact is at blah blah" yall have 1.9 review. Make changes allready.

I made a reservation online but the car was not available on arrival. They told me I need to get a car at a full price instead of online pricing.
Please fire the sassy male that worked Saturday August 9, 2025. Very much unacceptable.
