It’s closed! Don’t get f’d like I did and get a one way rental to Duluth
Spent over 1 hour bouncing back and forth from reservation to billing trying to modify a new reservation. I attempted to do it online but wasn't allowed and instructed to call. Now I have to wait 24 hours to call back and finish the modification to my reservation!
We rented a Hertz vehicle in Dallas and upgraded to a jeep which died after 2.5 hours!! After waiting on hold on their "emergency" line for 47 minutes, I was told that I would be charged $76 for a yowtruck! I asked to speak to a supervisor and the fee was waived, but I was told it would be an hour and half! In 105 degree heat!! We waited for 3.5 hours and no one ever came.
