Extremely disappointed with the service from this car rental company. Despite reserving and paying in full well in advance, my parents arrived to find their car not ready and were forced to wait nearly two hours, causing major stress during a trip centred around a family member’s medical procedure. Late showing up after flight. No cars clean or ready for anyone. Unfriendly staff
It was the worst experience ever! I rented a car for 12 days, but after only 3 days, I contacted the staff in Dubbo to inform them I wanted to return the vehicle. They assured me I would be refunded for the remaining days. However, after returning the car, they claimed that since I had already paid for the full 12 days, they couldn’t issue a refund and still charged me for the entire period.
Always great service, happy to come and open up when flights aren't running.
