I had a great experience renting a car for my trip to the San Juan Mountains. The lady at the counter was incredibly kind both when I picked up the car and when I returned it. Unfortunately, I forgot her name. She had such a positive attitude, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely rent a car there again.
Trash organization. Slow, late, and rude.
Every single employee here is unprofessional, rude, and slow. It always takes at least 30 minutes, they never have the car you selected, and the rates are always different than what you selected
Terrible. I'd go some other place. Staff is not nice but don't want to mention her name here. So much more to share but know that budget is across the street.
Friendly and accommodating! I will definitely rent from here again. Great selection of vehicles.
