Took a bit of effort to reach them Manager was very friendly in Resolving past complaint
The location is great and very close to our hotel, which was a big plus. However, the rental process was surprisingly slow for what should have been a straightforward pickup. There seemed to be plenty of staff around, but the line barely moved, which made the whole experience quite frustrating. Overall, convenient location but disappointing service speed.
TLDR: This place is horrid. Avoid. I don't own a vehicle and rent one when I need to run errands. I only use this place when my normal company downtown has no availability. Normally this location is mid, but my last experience (5/18) warrants a 1 star review. This location is always inefficient. You will wait at least 20 minutes even if there isn't a single other person waiting, which rarely happens as there are usually at least 5 people waiting. Excellent and extremely friendly staff. Easy to dropoff vehicle too. Only thing is that the location seems to be in a bit of a sketchy area with sketchy people hanging out nearby and walking by the location constantly. Maybe that's just Denver.
