I want to start by thanking Hertz/Uber for helping me get into a Tesla after my pickup was mistakenly scheduled at the Boulder office. The staff was polite, and I appreciated that they sent photos of the existing damages before I received the car. Unfortunately, my experience with this rental has been difficult. One of there Lyft drivers got into a accident with me hit me from the back and stated he was renting the vehicle from hertz rent a car. I contacted them to report the accident and it has been a headache ever since you're not able to get a hold of anyone they put you on hold forever! And when you call your talking to people overseas finally got hold of someone and they gave me a claim number and said they would have a adjuster come out in 5 days. Avoid at all costs. This location will be closed soon due to poor management. They try to Scam you with "Unlimited Mileage" but will Report the car as Stolen if you drive "too much." They forgot that this is a rental agency for Drivers and not the public, so no shit people will be driving "too much". Why offer a service that you aren't prepared to offer? Their service has to be one of the worst I have ever seen. Their Line goes straight to voice mail and asks you to rate their Service.. garbage don’t bother going to them
