Had reservation paid for.got received voice mail during fligth that there were no cars available. Horrible customer service from the shuttle driver who demanded a large tip, did not get any help with my suitcase.,yhis was at the airport location. They would no honor my reservations because it was prepaid. Finally Colfax location got me a car 4 ans a half hours later. nobody was answering phones. Took 45 mins to speak t a live person.
Dante's customer service was amazing they listened to what I needed. They are reasonably priced. Depending on how far you are from your service department for your car they give you a ride to the rental. The driver Barry she was exceptional very safe driver and friendly. I would definitely recommend them over Enterprise any day.
They will take a reservation and your money, but they simply won’t have a car for you. The employees of this location could not care less about their customers. They don’t have a real phone number for you call. Even your reply to the rating I left talks about the review I wrote, but I didn’t write anything initially. Do not rent a car from here. You will be disappointed.
