Told to go to this office by customer service to swap an unsuitable vehicle. The "manager" ? Abby left us waiting on her for 30 minutes then came out without any greeting and being deliberately argumentative and unprofessional. She is a representative of your company and needs to realise her customers are the reason she has a job!
