Literally someone there taking phone calls to tell people they have no cars. 😂 👎
Like so many other reviews that I should have read before making the reservation, they did not have ANY vehicles available at my reservation start time. I had to wait three hours, and was late to a wedding as a result.
I received a Vehicle Incident Report which says that I signed and certified the report. I did not "e-sign" nor "certify" the report. I find this to be unethical and concerning. I'd like to talk to management about this.
The clerk was very rude. Didn’t look up, didn’t say hi we were the only customers there. When we asked a question he said you don’t need to know that yet. Unpleasant experience.
