Great customer service, awesome rental cars.
I will never rent from ANY Hertz location again especially not this one!! we rented a Van for a trip over a month before we were supposed to leave, they called us two days before we were supposed to pick it up and told us they do not have a van available or anything larger. The lady said she would look and see if she can find anything but of course that didn't happen. Worst customer service ever. Manager was extremely rude and after I was promised a car and drove over there they informed me they gave it to someone else who paid more money.
