This Hertz HLE location is permanently closed. Illinois’ Covid-19 emergency restrictions put them out of business, as is the case with their DeKalb (IL) Municipal Airport location.
Now closed. No cars on lot. Sign is gone. Too bad...always got great service here.
Stay away from this place. They charged us $400 for a cleaning fee. We cleaned the car before we returned it. It wasn't dirty. Even if they thought it was, $400 is excessive. They didn't even notify us that they were going to hit our card with a $400 fee. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Reports. No wonder they're going bankrupt with shady business practices like this.
Don't even write they company policy properly on website .after going to shop only you will know about 😒😒😒.
