Hats off to Ron Johnson an impeccable employee, service was absolutely top notch . I am blown away at his customer service skills and the way he is unbelievably professional and polite with his staff and customer, this employee deserves an absolute raise for just how well he is at this job . My experience has been great here and I will be using this company again and again because of him . I want to personally thank you for hiring such a wonderful employee ! He is absolutely fantastic!

Rented car a Hertz in Decatur. Wait time low, and good location.
Julius needs to find a new profession. He lies to customers. He acts like he doesn’t want to be at work. Also he has no clue or communication skills to be able to provide the best customer service to customers. He needs to be replaced before he cause the revenue to stop completely at this location.
Ron is always a great help. His customer service it a 10. I am a return customer tht has been using this location for over 1 year.
