Take it from someone who use to only go to the airport...this location is it, they are friendly and supportive. They are conveintent, and keep pretty descent vehicles. Keep them stocked up HertZ..and great job guys.
It was a good experience for me. The only grip or complaint would be the complete cleaning out the vehicle prior to renting out. The trunk hat plant fertilizer left from prior rental. Outside of that. It was fine. Chris
I returned my rental at 12pm and the staff told me I was good to go. he processed my return three hours later and led to an extra 50 dollars charge for late return. Impossible to reach on phone
I am very satisfied with Hertz rental car on Valley Brook Rd. The manager and associates are extremely helpful and informative. They go above and beyond for their customers. I would recommend this location to anyone.
