Called ahead. Reserved a car. Car was not available when I arrived and they upcharged for their failure. Service has been terrible overall.
The guy at the customer service desk had a REDICULOUS attitude. I called to to confirm the rental release I wanted because the oil flag was on the computer. Told him it will take me a hour to come back because of distance. He assumed me it can pick it up. So I drove to get it. He rented it to someone else knowing I was in rought to get it. Then tells me he can't hold cars. Mind you, there were 2 which he stated were on hold for other customers. Over all it was his NASTY attitude.
It was wonderful. Very pleasant and knowledgeable helper. Very pleased.
Insurance company paid for my vehicle. I extended a few days, was told I would need to pay a certain amount, but yet they charged me extra. They charged me $250 for a car wash which is insane. That’s you guys job to literally clean the vehicle before the next person. I have never ever experienced this before. Furthermore the vehicle outside wasn’t even dirty! Then you charged me an upgrade fee when I didn’t upgrade the vehicle to begin with. Just a bunch of scammers!!! Never will I rent here again! Trust I am disputing this ... read more
