No communication regarding reservation even though I have Gold Presidents Circle status. Showed up at the appointed time and there were "no cars" except there are multiple in the lot. No apologies. We were offered a large size suv and in the same breath specifically advised this didn't qualify for upgrade or discount and would be $30 more a day. Terrible customer service. Things happen, but being courteous and professional goes a lot farther.

The reps in the store are great with what appears to be little to no support from management or corporate. The store reeks of a smell that puts me in the mind of mold. They have a portable fan and some type of rented AC units run from the ceiling, which is blowing the smell all over the place. I was hit in the face with the horrible smell as soon as I stepped in the store. By the time I left, I had a headache and felt dizzy. Smaller car selection, but very friendly staff. I was worried about some of the previous reviews, but Danielle and Malcolm were super friendly, attentive, and got me in and out quickly. The car was cleaned properly and I had no issues. I do think the physical location could use some TLC and have more than one staff member available at a time.
