A very disappointing experience. Booked n paid for rental online and took Lyft to rush for the pickup. Unfortunately Lyft ride delayed and arrived 5 minutes late after 6. The attendant was outside busy doing reports for vehicles in the parking lot and refused to help. “You are late , come back tomorrow. I already shutdown the system and can’t turn it on again” I tried to beg him but no success. I called customer services coz the AI said my rental booking could not be modified. The vehicle I requested was not available when I arrived. The staff addressed the issue immediately and found an even better vehicle for me. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service, the next time I'm in town I will use this location again.

Christian is supposedly the manager at this run down location, which is still hard to believe because of how unprofessional she is. As a first and now last time customer , I wasn’t sure how hertz does business and I communicated that with her every week when I asked to renew each week , wondering if I could continue to do this long term while my settlement clears which could take months.
