Lindy Clarke was lovely to work with. We received a clean vehicle on time and the return process was smooth & transparent. Thanks!
Everything is supposed to go through insurance. I have been Billed 5 times. I have been told multiple times it would be fixed and it continues to keep happening.
I have used Hertz multiple times for both business and leisure rentals. I return for one reason. Damien. There has not been one instance where a vehicle was not available, an unfriendly or non-accommodating service or a hint of a bad experience. I am in yet another vehicle today and I was in and out in minutes. I will continue to use Hertz and recommend anytime my colleagues are in need of a rental. A+ service every time and highly recommended.
Easy in out to grab my reservation. The only gripe I would have to be would be. It's really hard to contact somebody at the office itself
