Canceled on us a day before the reservation. Given the reviews on here, we should have known better to book this place. Hertz needs to shutdown this location, they are not able to provide reliable basic service. Message to owner: stop going on each review and apologizing, you've been doing this for years and there has been 0% improvement. Wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain is fraud.
Rented a car today for pickup today. Hertz website allowed me to do the reservation. Got an email confirmation also. 24 minutes before I was scheduled to pickup they called. I missed the call and they didn’t leave a VM (that part is my fault since my VM was full). Only called once. I get dropped off there and go inside to find out that they don’t have a car available and can’t guarantee one even if I wait around. Only because I can’t go any lower. I paid 867$ for ten days. Was promised 200$ back. I made payments each time I need to extend my rental time. Filled it up so I would not be charged. They turned around and decided to take 666$ dollars anyways. After I paid each time and returned it before a deadline. That’s theft and they will be hearing from me.
