This branch is a complete joke! They canceled my reservation, texted me a ridiculous message to inform around 7PM, and my reservation was for 8:30AM the next day!!! I had this reservation confirmed for more than 2 weeks! Besides the worst customer service! I’ll file a complaint with Hertz!
Do not rent a car from these sucky people! They want you to pay for the car rental as well as $500 the time of the rental. That just blows my mind!
I was hesitant picking up my vehicle I reserved because of all the reviews, but I went in there and within 10 mins I was driving off the lot with the car I reserved. was nice n clean and the staff was very nice and went so smoothly. I recommend!
Schedule appointment.. waited in parking lot for 25 minutes for the vehicle to be cleaned and ready.. on top of that gave us the smallest car on lot.. and when asked to drive something a little more appropriate and offered to pay for upgrade for traveling.. told me this was all they had when parking lot was full .. do not recommend this rental car service
