If I could give it zero stars I would! Save your time and don’t even bother coming here. We booked a reservation at this location only to arrive and be told that it’s an insurance only location and they do not have cars available? If that’s the case then why even allow customers to select that location for reservations? On top of that the reps were highly unreliable and did not even attempt to assist. This man is so unprofessional & couldn’t care less about anything. He does not seem to care about this job. I book a reservation , i get to the location … THEY HAVE NO CARS. How can you allow a customer to book and have no cars !!! They say that Hertz has 1 big inventory of cars so if you book a car - there’s no telling what location has the vehicle. What a horrible experience from start to end. I showed up after booking a reservation two weeks prior, and was told there were no cars in the facility. Then they had the audacity to tell ME to start making calls to other facilities to try and find another solution when they sat there doing nothing - despite them not being able to fulfill their guarantee of my reservation. Awful. They only accept insurance company rentals. Otherwise they won’t give you a car even if you rented in advance. AVOID! Or else you will waste a day here. It’s worth spending more elsewhere.

This place is such a joke! Whenever my vehicle is damaged or was stolen I used them everything was all good until they rented me out a car with a broken glass and said I had to pay for it and they have proof. I will not be responsible for something I didn’t do!
