This DFW airport location retroactively charged my credit card for vehicle damage 2 hours after return and after sending me an initial invoice receipt. The attendant didn’t mention anything about damage to me at the time of check in. Customer service phone line is answered in the Caribbean and of no help. Emailed the customer service address with photos of the pre existing damage that I took at the time of pickup. Still waiting for a resolution to these false charges. Be warned.
