Well, I should have read all the other reviews before renting from here, I won’t repeat what other renters have stated before, I will repeat what other reviews have said, rude manager and poor service, not a good morning how can I help you nothing, renting unavailable cars, dirty office. I would write more, however all the 1 star reviews previously written in here said it all. 🤷♀️
Great Customer Service! Alex is the best, she is extremely efficient. She has a great personality, and has the knowledge required to get the job done. She did like 3 rentals in less than 15 minutes. Plus the cars on their lot are nice…
Easy check-in, even with my rental car coverage through my State Farm auto insurance being involved. Throughout the entire process, the employees were wonderful, courteous, very nice, and helpful, all while explaining the process. I was in and out in no time at all. Would recommend others to rent from here.
I am a frequent renter from hertz espies this location. On one of my visits I asked the employee with pink hair if I could leave my personal car overnight until I return my one day rental. She responded saying that should be fine. Two weeks pass by to last Thursday, I come midday to rent a truck I leave my personal car and on Friday I came in the morning and my car was gone.
