Great customer service. Fast easy rental.
Super friendly and helpful
The manager, Shawn, has no business working in customer service, with the public, or being a manager. My plans changed and I needed to delay my reservation a day, when I got an error doing it online I called the local office. A very kind woman said everything was taken care of and would be ready for me the following day. When I showed up, Shawn told me multiple times there was no reservation. Hertz has recently started offloading their gas-guzzlers on me without any warning. First a 4WD jeep SUV, and then a giant 4WD 3/4-ton king cab pickup truck. I just want to rent a regular car! It’s really dissapointing, especially because I had been a regular customer and a “5-star gold” whatever member. It’s just so awful that they don’t give you a choice or warning about these substitutions…you just show up and have to deal with it.
