Kyle and his staff were amazing! Exceeded expectations and helped us with a mess created by the car rental office in CA. We cannot say enough about how helpful they were in our return and new rental!

Not a terrible Hertz location, but disappointed with staff knowledge about the unlimited tolls package and pay by plate. I had prepurchased an unlimited toll package for $10 as I had a 24hr one way rental to Chicago. I knew tolls would be less than the package, but for convenience, I purchased the toll package. Upon pickup, the vehicle they had for me did not have a physical transponder. The staff wasn't sure what to do. Answered the phone right away, had a car available for a decent price, and it was ready when I got there. Easy check in, they did the walk through and they noted known blemishes, even brought my car seat to the rental and offered to try to figure out how to put it in. They got my day back on track.

I rented a car from Hertz through my insurance company. The outside of the car was dirty when I got it. The inside smelled like cigarette smoke. I bought products to help with the smell. I called Hertz right away to tell them the car smelled like smoke so wouldn’t be charged the $500 fine. In addition, this 2025 car had a cigarette burn in the driver’s seat.
