Excellent service, vehicle was not clean inside or out
We reserved a Full Size SUV "Tahoe or similar" for our family roadtrip for Thanksgiving. (I've done this every time we drive to Florida and have had no trouble getting an actual Tahoe.) When we arrived they informed us the "Full Size SUV" options were a Nissan Pathfinder (smelled of smoke) or a Hyundai Palisade. Neither of these are full-size SUVs. We cannot use the third row and fit luggage. This is false advertising, and extremely frustrating. We will not be renting with Hertz again.

They were very helpful and made sure I was happy with the car rental selection after being in a car accident and needed a rental car.
