I had a really disappointing experience with this rental company. The car they gave me was extremely dirty, to the point where I had to clean it out myself before I could even drive it comfortably. On top of that, it’s been over two weeks since I returned the vehicle and I still haven’t received my security deposit back. This level of service is unacceptable, and I definitely would not recommend renting from here.

0/10-I would never recommend!!! We jad a reservation for a full-size SUV!!! We arrived for pick up! The incompetent staff member let us know they did not have the reserved vehicle in their fleet and advised us we should choose one of their other small suv's or a minivan🤣😂I wouldn't normally call a staff member incompetent, but the attitude of we should just accept what they have available definitely lacked accountability!
