Thank you to the very nice driver that gave me a ride from this location to Enterprise! But the manager is awful. I booked a same day rental, called at 4:30 to verify hours, was told they closed at 5. When I said I couldn’t make it before that the man I was speaking with told me it wasn’t a problem they’d hold everything for me and it will be ready at 8am the next day. DO NOT USE THIS HERTZ. I made an emergency rental reservation the night before I needed a car, through a third-party app, which informed me I had a valid reservation. I show up the next morning, where the person at the counter helpfully informs me that she doesn't have any cars available, even though I had a reservation for one. She does not offer any assistance, just tells me and my wife we're out of luck when we were counting on that vehicle for getting to work that day. Was given an electric vehicle that wasn’t even charged half way! I made a reservation through booking.com for the Chevy Spark (gas) and was scheduled to pick it up at 10am. Due to flight delays, I arrived at 12pm. Front desk person was short and dry. She was mumbling the most important details about the car, fees, deposit. I had to ask her to repeat and explain them. I had a very poor customer experience at Hertz due to the behavior of the front-desk associate who initially assisted me. From the moment I approached the counter, she was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful.
