My friend tried to Rent-A-Car there using his debit card evidently they didn't accept debit cards and he couldn't complete the rental so he had to find another way home, me.
Never had such poor phone service in my life. No matter what option I press after calling this location I get hung up on. I DO NOT recommend this location.
No discount for emergency travel
I had a delay in my flight which caused us to be late to get car. They ended up giving our car away. Never going to use this company again.
Was sent there from another Hertz site, after they had lost my van reservation. Only to find out that they would not take Debit Cards. There was nothing on their web site disclosing that, when I completed the reservation online. Wasted an hour, ended up going to another competitor near by.
