While I was renting the car from Hertz, I drove it on the second day. On that day, I found a live 9mm pistol in my back seat, which was not mine. I'm in the U.S. Army, and I could have lost my career and gone to jail because of that mistake, but luckily I caught it and took it to a police station. Be aware that they aren't checking under the seat. The car smelled like weed, and so did the store. Find a different rental company or a different location.

The employees there are friendly and treat people nicely. The cars are in great condition and are reliable. I find the pricing to be really good, which is why i choose them over others. However, be sure to provide yourself with extra time in your schedule (like 30 minutes)for pick up because sometimes the wait is long even with few customers there. They are either understaffed or under prepared. Also, don't ever count on being able to reach a representative there by phone. This location is closed on Sundays.

Awful don't ever rent a car from this location the car I received smell like marijuana I had no way of getting rid of the odor. Also the oil light was on.

I personally hate giving these types of reviews because personally I don't like to put a business in a situation that'll stop traffic. But first initial review starts with walking in. The place smell like a smell of old sweat combined with mustiness and stale air. It literally looked like they haven't taken the time to fully clean the location during opening shift and closing shift. You can tell that its been a few days or 1 week of no cleaning. Had a great experience with Crissy today. I was a little annoyed with the verification process of picking up a direct billed rental. As I don't have that issue when picking up at the airport. However, Crissy was able to explain why it has to be done. Even though, I showed disdain for the process, she remained patient.
