Front desk guys have no respect towards customers . They treat us like they are doing a free service for us
Went to pick up my reservation and was told there was no cars available. The reservation was made weeks before. Someone finally decides to “go get a vehicle”. Ask for the manager JOE and he’s AWOL as all hell is breaking loose in his agency. The gave me the car with the windows down. I now know why, it smells like smoke. Horrible experience. Will never rent from them again. The guy before me warned me it was a crap show. I should’ve read the reviews before I booked.

We returned the car on March 25th, 2025, but Hertz still charged us for another full week, taking $450 from my bank account with no explanation. Horrible Experience – Ruined Our Holiday! We had one of the worst car rental experiences ever at Hertz Cherry Hill, and it completely ruined our holiday. Despite being Hertz Gold Members, we were given a car that was extremely dirty—inside. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. We’ve never received a car in such terrible condition.
