All of the staff I encountered were just extremely rude for no reason
The worst Hertz experience of my life. Terrible customer service.
Service not provided. Landed at 8:30pm, selected a pickup time after 6pm, no indication during booking that the counter would be closed, no call or email indicating their counter was closed, no after hours pickup, rude local customer representative, unhelpful national representative, all the other rental counters were open, went across to Budget and they were very helpful.
