Annoyed at difficult customer service.
I refueled the rent car full outside airport and returned it. He said no inspection needed you are all set and took the car key. But I just received email receipt showing refueling charge after TSA check. Be careful the Scam!!!
The staff were very friendly. However, when I picked up my rental literally 28 minutes early, I was charged an additional one day rental. The person at the counter could have had the decency to inform me that this was the case so that I could have waited. What an absolutely scummy business practice this is, but it is one that will most assuredly make me look elsewhere in the future. Shameful conduct Hertz!
