Excelente service. Great price.
Another question vs. a review. I would like to drop the car on a Saturday in August. Is this possible? Hertz won’t let me modify my reservation to end my rental on that day and I can’t reach anyone to actually speak with.
This isn’t actually a review but rather a question - does this place still exist? I am able to reserve a drop off to this location online but the voicemail says they’re temporarily closed to retail customers and hertz says they are only serving gold and platinum members. This is for a vacation in August - any response appreciated, thank you
Does not return calls from their voicemail. Both charlevoix and Gaylord play same message and does not state they are not in business. Don't bother even trying...
Very cool and professional and helpful and courteous!
