My experience with Hertz Car Rental was excellent!
Reserved online. Everything was as expected. Staff was very nice. Vehicle was exactly as expected. Price was excellent. Thanks for a great experience.
Made a reservation two days in advance and I get here to pickup the rental and they said they called me on Monday to let me know the specific type of vehicle is not available. I said I didn’t want that type of vehicle then they said well we don’t have any cars at all available. I asked why they didn’t call me Tuesday or today to let me know. This is completely unacceptable. Avoid this location if you can. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. If I could give 0 stars I would.
One of the Worst Experiences I Have Ever Had!!! After confirming a vehicle pickup and taking an Uber from the airport, they claimed to first not have a reservation and then not have any cars. Sorry you had to Uber here but uh ? Hertz should do Better
