Made a reservation two days in advance and I get here to pickup the rental and they said they called me on Monday to let me know the specific type of vehicle is not available. I said I didn’t want that type of vehicle then they said well we don’t have any cars at all available. I asked why they didn’t call me Tuesday or today to let me know. This is completely unacceptable. Avoid this location if you can. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. If I could give 0 stars I would.
One of the Worst Experiences I Have Ever Had!!! After confirming a vehicle pickup and taking an Uber from the airport, they claimed to first not have a reservation and then not have any cars. Sorry you had to Uber here but uh ? Hertz should do Better
Listen to all the other 1 star reviews. They are horrible.
I had to pick up late in the day and the kid in the office didn't explain anything and couldn't get me out of there fast enough so they could close. Car smells like wet dog and doesn't have floor mats.
Person at the counter took forever people came in after me and were done before me. Got the car looked great smelled like marijuana really bad trash under the seats not cleaned well at all but the smell is something I can’t get over.
