If you have credit card requirements for car rental how about you make it known before we show up to rent. Terrible service
From the moment I walked through that door. I was disappointed. There was two guys throwing around dusty carpets, and putting new ones down in front of the customers and asking them to wait. I was then asked when I made my reservation because I wasn’t on this gentleman’s list. Mind you they had just sent me a text reminder regarding my reservation. Rented a car online and when I arrived the workers practically scoffed at me and explained they did not have any cars. Renters beware, call this place before you book online or you may be left stranded like myself.
Worst customer service. They canceled our reservation without any warning, I called them to confirm they had vehicles available after I made the reservation and they assured me they did. When we got there, no vehicles available! I called them back and they said yeah your reservation has been canceled and we had no email, notification, nothing!
