Over it was a vary satisfying experience.
Flight was late and the counter was closed for the day. Had to purchase from another company that had much higher rates for a one way rental. Cost us an extra $500 to one way our car. Hertz gold member does no good when they close before the flight gets there. Very disappointed.
Despite being checked-in online via the link Hertz sent and prepaid, desk was closed when I arrived (flight was delayed an hour). Other rental desks open but sold out. A call to corporate finds that customer service is closed. Holiday travel already delayed made even more frustrating by Hertz. A company to avoid for all future personal and business travel.
