Car was ready and as a Hertz Gold Plus member all I had to to was show my ID. Was at the counter and had my key in under 45 seconds. Atlantis who checked me in and set me packing was friendly, efficient and had a big smile. A+
Zero stars. This was good until Return. At pick-up, the Fuel gauge read just under half-full. On return it was just over half-full. I was hit with a #94.51 Fuel fee and a $76.00 "Concession fee Recovery". There was no agent present at 6:00 AM to check the car in with.
Easy pick up and return. Friendly staff.
Terrible experience with Hertz. The first car they gave me had the check engine light on and was overdue for an oil change. When I walked back to the counter, they actually suggested I could still drive it depending on how far I was going — completely unacceptable. They swapped me into another car with nearly 47,000 miles on it. At first it looked decent, but as soon as I hit 60 mph the whole car started shaking.
