Rental pickup and return outside of regular hours was smooth and quick. Car was clean and had full gas.
Told ahead of time to skip the counter, can't at CID. Talked into changing profile re fuel, before I was given the keys and told which car I had. It drove like a hybrid. Returning the car agent said I was stuck with paying for a full tank of gas though I only drove 89.1 miles. Attitude was like "too bad tough". 2nd consecutive bad experience with a Hertz rental."
