Difficult to find rental return even using maps due to construction (hopefully) which once finished locating may be easier
If you prepay and then return the car early Hertz will not credit the time back
Zero stars if allowed. I give you guys around 15k a year and you could care less. When you think of renting from hertz, go elsewhere.
Wouldn’t use them ever again. Horrible. Can’t use two separate credit cards under drivers name. It’s same driver. As long as they show id. Holds should be able to be split between cards for travelers convenience. I book rentals and I arrive at locations that literally overbook and screw me because they can’t provide vehicles. They have no inventory to accommodate anyone. Don’t use them
