I had an amazing experience! My wife and I were on our honeymoon. We shared it with the manager named Luis. He was thoughtful and kind and went above and beyond to give us an upgrade to a Jeep Wrangler, which was so much better than The Toyota Camry that we originally had booked and was really great for driving up to and within Joshua tree national Park. We look forward to booking with Hertz again next time we’re back in Palm Springs. Thanks again, Luis!
