Very understaffed I was in a rush to go to work and all I needed to do was return the damn car key and the one person that is here is taking there sweat ass time like I understand but maybe if the were better staffed people like me wouldn’t be dealing with this bs
The Cathederal City HLE is not very friendly . I pride myself on my "Gold" status and when I walked in and was told my status was suspended and Ii needed credit card, et; upon just walking in and making sure to verify myself is with my DL, that too was told to me as being expired per the records. I presented a current DL right there on the spot but wasn't able to reach a Gold member via phone to find out what was happening. Google misses again...Cancelled the reservation. It wasn't until Aug 1 anyway.
We just completed a week long rental. We were able to get a 2025 Nissan Altima with SiriusXM for less than $158 total. The car performed perfectly. The folks at the Cathedral City location were prompt, professional and friendly. We are locals who have rented from them before and continue to do so in the future.
These people are the worst I ever seen. Took my credit card information and charged my card over $600 while I was in vacation when my rental had another week on it. All they had to do was call . It's been 3 days and still the money is out of my account and they just hung up on me before closing. I'll be through tomorrow handle this in person. Never trust this place with your information
