Not sure about others recent experience but staff were helpful on pickup and drop off. Car was excellent. Only reason for 4 stars is the car park isn’t the easiest to navigate but, to be expected given the CBD location.
Horrible experience! The staff didn't explain how to get to the car. The car was filthy and petrol tank wasn't full. I was silly enough to incur a traffic fine and they didn't bother to forward it to me. I will not be back!
We had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Hertz Cairns last week that completely shattered our trust in the brand. We had made an online reservation for two vehicles in advance: the first to be picked up at Cairns Airport on Day 1, and the second (a Ford Mustang) to be swapped at the city office on Day 2.
