Tried to call them three times today to see if I could rent a car that I needed immediately there was no option on their automated system to speak to someone.
After renting cars over the years and spending thousands with this company they mistakenly charge me for a cleaning fee. I have had nothing but trouble trying to get my money back. The icing on the cake is that no one has called. No one has reached out or emailed or said anything pertaining to this and it sucks because I have to take time off work to call them to get this situation settled with my bank. So goodbye hurts you’ll never receive another dollar for me.
