I will never be renting from the Brownsburg Hertz location again. Kimberly, the general manager, was extremely rude and making accusatory comments about me as a person. Greg, one of her employees, misinformed me about a policy on multiple occasions and when I had further questions on when the policy changed, Kimberly immediately became irate with me and continued to cut me off, interrupt me, and spoke in a demeaning manner. This was my first time renting from this Hertz location. After I had picked up the rental, I noticed a small gash in the side of the tire. I promptly returned to Hertz and showed them the issue. I was immediately given another car with no hassle. I greatly appreciate the employee who made it a priority to get me into a car that was safe and met my needs. Thanks Hertz!!
