The team member was kind, accurate and treated me and my wife with great support and service.
I had a horrible experience with Enterprise, the company cancelled on us the day we needed our rental. I reserved it with them a week ahead of time. I decided to go to Hertz and the manager saved our trip and I ended up with a nicer, cheaper option with Hertz. I will always come back to Hertz in the future.
Please please please don’t rent from Hertz! Bad service, very inconvenient and try to put high extra $$$ fees on you stay away
