Awesome I have rented from here multiple times over the years never one problem. The staff is great !
They took a freaking $500.00 extra "Deposit" since I used my debit card! The rental was completely paid for at booking and they DEMANDED the extra Deposit because I paid with a debit card! This was not only UNFAIR, but discriminatory!! My booking was supposed to be with Budget, however,something changed, and I wasn't informed! Not only has Hertz been amazing to work with personally, but in my line of work I am constantly calling and setting up rental cars. The ladies in the office are consistently polite, hardworking, and genuinely easy to work with. I won't waste my time with other options Hertz BG is fantastic!
To the person that brought back a Grey Rouge and parked it facing the side wall at Dos Bros Restaurant in Bowling Green Kentucky. I believe you brought the vehicle back on Monday April 13th 2026. I hope that your card wasn't charged an extreme amount. From what I understand from Christine, Savannah, and Trinity was that they were going to charge you extra for you not returning the car on time, even when they were the ones that said Dollar Car Rental had you leave the keys in the vehicle.
