This location is one of my favorites for car rentals. Always so friendly, efficient and helpful. Cindy is always so helpful
I’m really frustrated with this experience. We landed at 4:50 p.m. and started calling repeatedly at 5:10 to let you know we were on our way to pick up the car. Your posted hours say you’re open until 5:30, and we have a receipt for our reservation today. But no one answered — the office was already closed. That left us stranded and out the money we paid because you didn’t honor your own hours. It’s extremely unprofessional and put us in a very difficult spot.
Highly suggest renting a car from here. Mike was the agent that helped us and he was super nice and made sure we were completely prepared for our trip. Thank you Hertz.
There’s a serious payment issue. The fees are randomly adjusted and increased, totally different with my original booking, even an option added even though I never asked, an employee also didn’t ask anything just confirmed my name and printed a voucher and invoice. I have felt like I’m being scammed, the conductor was friendly and helpful, ci/co process was fast and easy though
