I would not use this location. The car was dirty inside and out the trunk had some type of grease smudged on it and the bumper, the whole console was super sticky like a pop or something exploded and the floor mat had old gum or something similar attached to it that had obviously been there for a while. The car also had mechanical and electrical issues and when I tried to address the issues with them the service was lacking and felt like being pushed aside and argued to make it feel like I knew nothing or justify the lack of... read more

Fast rental with a complimentary upgrade to a nice SUV.
Said my ID didn’t work, lady was very nice but they had no explanation for anything at all.
I had a complicated issue with a rental. The guy at the desk was very helpful.
